Robert Zakheim
CEO & President


Robert is co-founder of Mill Creek Entertainment, and possesses over 30 years of management and executive leadership experience in the entertainment and distribution channels business. Prior to Mill Creek, he co-founded a national computer distribution company that grew to over 800 employees with annual north American sales in excess of three quarters of a billion dollars.

Robert has also developed many successful commercial real estate projects/partnerships along with numerous entrepreneurial ventures.
Scott Moss
Executive Vice President


Scott is co-founder of Mill Creek Entertainment, and possesses over 30 years of management and executive leadership experience in the entertainment and distribution channels business. Prior to Mill Creek, he co-founded a national computer distribution company that grew to over 800 employees with annual north American sales in excess of three quarters of a billion dollars.

He was also co-owner of the largest fitness equipment retail chain in the U.S. and is currently involved in many other entrepreneurial ventures.

Pat McDonough
Executive VP - Sales/Marketing


Pat has over 20 years of sales and marketing expertise across the retail and digital marketplace with previous roles as Head of Digital Content Licensing for Pure Flix Digital and Senior VP/GM of sales leadership positions at eOne and Lionsgate Entertainment. He oversees the account management team and the strategic sales and digital initiatives for the company.
Hank Lawhead

Hank is a highly experienced sales executive, adept at creating new business, building permanent customer relationships and delivering profitable results.
Tom Sims
Director of Sales


Tom has over 20 years of experience in the Entertainment industry, with a focus on growth, management, and sales specific to Walmart. Prior to joining Mill Creek, Tom managed sales and corporate development for several independent studios both on the retail and digital sides. He played key roles in sales and account management at Anderson Merchandisers and Vivendi Entertainment.
Glenn Devery
Director - National Accounts


Glenn has over 30 years of experience as a senior sales executive in the home video and music business working for companies that include Sony Music Entertainment, Bayside Distribution and Timeless Media Group. He possesses tremendous market expertise, industry savvy and business development skill, and continues to create profitable account/revenue growth in his role at Mill Creek.
Bruce Mueller
Director - National Accounts


Bruce has over 25 years of diverse experience in the home entertainment industry, having worked with such companies as Warner Home Video, Echo Bridge Home Entertainment and Cinedigm prior to joining Mill Creek Entertainment. With a relentless focus on developing new strategic partnerships and creating compelling DVD programs at retail, Bruce's exemplary sales leadership skills have garnered exceptional results for both national and regional retail accounts.

Product Development Team

Jeff Hayne
Vice President - Content Acquisitions & Digital Distribution


Jeff oversees all of Mill Creek's licensing, distribution and production efforts. Identifying and procuring intellectual properties, then working on the development, marketing and subsequent sales/distribution of the finished product.

He is responsible for managing and green-lighting all of Mill Creek's new productions; international distribution for broadcast, digital and home video; and digital licensing.

Jeff has been with Mill Creek since 2007.
Barrett Evans
Vice President - Marketing


Barrett is a proven product marketing professional with 15+ years experience developing and launching entertainment products, brands and campaigns across online and retail channels. He was recently recognized as one of the industry’s top young executives when featured in Media Play News’ 40 Under 40 in Home Entertainment.

Barrett manages the marketing, publicity, product development and creative services teams. He also oversees the production of special features and original content for Blu-ray, DVD and digital distribution.
Howard Zelener

Howard has over 30 years experience as a transactional entertainment and sports lawyer, including all aspects of the motion picture, television, music and home video distribution industries. His specialties include contract negotiation and drafting, and protection of intellectual property rights.
