Mill Creek wants to provide the best home entertainment experience for all customers. Sometimes captions and subtitles are not available or provided by the licensor for movies or TV shows. Mill Creek strives to include this functionality on all products but some are not available. The Program Details section for all product listings on this site provide information including inclusion of captions or subtitles.

Please contact support@millcreekent.com with additional details including setup of your home entertainment system and proof of purchase.

We recommend first contacting the retailer from which you purchased the product. If they have not been able to help you, please contact support@millcreekent.com and include proof of purchase and images of the damage.

Occasionally Mill Creek Entertainment offers replacement programs on discs including production errors. If you feel you have purchased a product with a manufacturing error, please contact support@millcreekent.com with proof of purchase, shipping address, and image of your product. Replacement can take 4 to 6 weeks if available.

If you purchase a complete TV series set with incorrect or missing discs, please contact support@millcreekent.com with additional details, proof of purchase, and your shipping address. Replacement can take 4 to 6 weeks.
