Synopsis:

"Terminally Optimistic" looks at 3 women and their life journey with metastatic breast cancer. When you have metastatic breast cancer, you aren’t dying tomorrow, but death is a certainty. These women are adapting to their failing bodies in a variety of ways, because they must. Life has changed drastically after diagnosis, and they must re-invent themselves and accept the new "normal." This is the story of three individuals living with metastatic breast cancer, and their families, caregivers, and communities.
