Martian children are addicted to Earth’s television shows featuring Santa Claus. This enrages their parents who travel to Earth to kidnap Santa himself. On arrival they kidnap two zealous children who lead them to Santa’s workshop at the North Pole. They return to Mars with Santa and the children in tow, but are thwarted when he converts the Martian children with unstoppable Yuletide joy.

The Littlest Angel

A little shepherd boy dies on his eighth birthday and is whisked to Heaven, where he has a hard time accepting he’s really dead and he just wishes to return home. His assigned guardian angel tries his best to help the shepherd boy adjust to his new home, even allowing him to return to Earth to retrieve his special treasure box and to see his parents again. When the shepherd boy witnesses the birth of Jesus, he comes to realize what truly is important in the world.

Scrooge

This screen adaptation of the Charles Dickens classic was co-written by star Seymour Hicks, who portrayed lead character Ebenezer Scrooge. Scrooge, a miserly gentleman cares more for his money than anything else in the world. On Christmas Eve, Scrooge is visited by the spirit of his former partner Jacob Marley, who warns him that he will suffer a similar fate as his of eternal damnation if he doesn’t change his ways. Subsequent visits to Scrooge by the Ghosts of Christmas Past, Present and Future show Scrooge the follies of his ways and sets him on the right path.

The Nativity

This dramatization of the birth of Jesus was produced for the small screen by Studio One. This episode of the successful CBS network program was shown during the holiday season of 1952 and featured Paul Tripp, Hurd Hatfield, Robert Shaw Corale and Miriam Wolfe. This program ran on the CBS television network from 1948 to 1958, received numerous Emmy awards and nominations while many of the great stars of the day helped bring an hourly dramatic presentation to the viewing audience each week.

Set in San Francisco the film features Michael Learned (TV's The Waltons) as a disillusioned woman trying to deal with the recent end of her marriage as she moves to a new city. His spirits are raised through the efforts of members of her local church choir. Also featured are fine performances by John Houseman (The Paper Chase) and James Cromwell (The Sum of All Fears).

With the help of the children of the World, Santa and Merlin hopes to foil Pitch’s plans and teach him a lesson.

Having to explain to the authorities where all the money came from threatens to ruin the holidays for the family.

Beyond Tomorrow

Three wealthy older gentlemen, finding themselves alone on Christmas Eve, due to their work-committed lifestyles, invited two strangers to dine with them. Unfortunately, the plane crashes and the three gentlemen come back as ghosts to their mansion. They discover the young couple’s love is suffering because of the man’s ambitions so they decide to give their young friends a hand in saving their relationship.
