A sister and brother come into possession of a gold mine but are attacked and driven off by a gang of thieves. With her brother dead, the sister makes it to the nearest town to look for help. There she finds a former Confederate soldier turned gunslinger who agrees to help her get back the mine and avenge her brother's murder.
